HA4100 low-background α, β measuring instrument adopts an overall cabinet design with a high degree of integration. It is a low-background dual-scintillator α, β activity concentration measurement system with single, dual, and quad-channel models. Each detection system is independently designed, controlled, and measured. It can be used alone or simultaneously. It can be used to measure the total α, β activity concentration in a variety of samples such as water samples, biological samples, environmental samples, and aerosol samples.

During the 24-hour measurement period, the background count variation was within the range of (Nb±3σ), where Nb was the mean value of the background count and σ was the standard error of the background count.
