HA4200-HPGe high purity germanium spectrometer is a laboratory high purity germanium γ spectrum measurement system, equipped with high purity and high quality germanium crystal, more advanced preamplifier, low background lead chamber with higher radiation shielding performance, digital multi-channel analyzer with better stability and low temperature cooling system, so as to obtain better energy resolution and lower environmental interference. Equipped with full-featured γ spectrum analysis software, it can more accurately measure and analyze the radioactive characteristics of samples.

HA4200-HPGe high purity germanium spectrometer is a laboratory high purity germanium γ spectrum measurement system, equipped with high purity and high quality germanium crystal, more advanced preamplifier, low background lead chamber with higher radiation shielding performance, digital multi-channel analyzer with better stability and low temperature cooling system, so as to obtain better energy resolution and lower environmental interference. Equipped with full-featured γ spectrum analysis software, it can more accurately measure and analyze the radioactive characteristics of samples.
Features
① High-purity germanium detector: optional P-type coaxial detector, P-type wide-energy coaxial detector (detection efficiency from 10% to 160%), well-type detector, flat-panel detector (detection efficiency from 15% to 60%), etc., low instrument background interference, excellent peak symmetry and high resolution;
② Low background lead chamber: The background count rate of the lead chamber is less than 2cps (50keV~2MeV, 50% detection efficiency), and the lead chamber adopts the top sliding door opening method;
③ Digital multi-channel: optional 16k, 32k, 64k;
④ γ spectrum analysis Software: All-Chinese operation interface and operation manual, integrating spectrum control, acquisition, analysis, analysis report, quality control and audit tracking functions, built-in editable nuclide library, can automatically or manually perform energy spectrum analysis, realize nuclide identification and activity calculation functions;
⑤ Passive efficiency calibration software: Provides high-speed creation of geometric conditions and error recognition functions, and can perform efficiency calibration on point, column, surface and Marlin cup samples without a standard source, with a calculation accuracy of ≤3%;
⑥ Refrigeration system: Optional liquid nitrogen refrigeration, electric refrigeration or liquid nitrogen condensation refrigeration device.
